This vase is individually wheel thrown and a foot is turned on the base.

The varying design is made by carving the surface of the clay after turning the foot.

Glazes are brushed on in layers removing and adding them in layers to create the ocean effect on the surface

Colour intensity varies depending upon where each piece sits in the kiln.
